Licence Agreement

What you may and may not do with the files you buy. This is the document that matters most, so it is written to be readable rather than impressive.

What you may do

Use the products in unlimited projects, personal or commercial, for yourself or for clients, forever.

Use them in monetised content — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, advertising, broadcast, film. No attribution is required and no revenue share is owed.

Install them on the machines you personally work on. Installable plugins and applications are licensed for two devices; plain preset and asset files carry no device limit.

Modify them for your own work. A preset you have adjusted is still covered by this licence.

What you may not do

Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files, modified or not. This includes uploading them anywhere others can download them, and includes giving them to colleagues who did not buy them.

Include them in a product of your own that is sold or given away — a template, a course pack, a bundle, or an asset library.

Claim authorship of the products themselves.

Remove, bypass, or share licence keys, or use a key on more devices than the licence allows.

Teams and studios

A licence covers one person. If several editors at the same company need a product, each needs their own licence. Email us for team pricing rather than sharing a single copy.

If the licence is breached

Redistributing the files ends this licence immediately and requires you to delete every copy you hold. We would much rather never need this clause — the prices here are deliberately low so that buying is always easier than looking for a leak.
