Privacy Policy

Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which is the merchant of record. Link collects your email address, billing address, and the payment details needed to take the payment, under its own privacy policy. Your card number is entered on Stripe's systems and never reaches ours: we never see it, transmit it, or store it.

We receive your email address, billing country and what you bought, which is what lets us email your download links, and one reminder two weeks later asking for a review. That reminder is the only follow-up an order gets, and it is cancelled if you have already left a review. We keep a count of how many of each product has sold, which contains nothing that identifies you.

Free downloads ask for an email address so the files can be sent to you, and so you can be told when new ones are released. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect anything you have already downloaded.

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No profile of you is built, and nothing about your visit is shared with an ad network.

Anonymous, aggregated page-view counts may be recorded to see which products people look at. That data cannot be traced back to an individual.

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires them to be, and then deleted. Support emails are kept for two years so we can look up an earlier conversation, then deleted.

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email itsprogermi@gmail.com and you will get a reply within 30 days. Payment records are held by Stripe and Link as merchant of record, and requests about them can also go to Link directly at support.link.com.

Payments are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, which acts as merchant of record and handles your payment data under its own privacy policy. Download emails are sent through Resend, and the site and files are hosted on Cloudflare. Resend and Cloudflare process data only on our behalf.
