What is collected
When you buy something, our payment provider collects your email address, billing country, and the payment details needed to take the payment. Your card number is entered on their systems and never reaches ours — we never see it, transmit it, or store it.
We receive your email address and the order details, which is what lets us send your download and re-issue it later if you lose it.
Free downloads require no email address and no account. Taking a free file leaves us with nothing that identifies you.
What is not collected
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No profile of you is built, and nothing about your visit is shared with an ad network.
Anonymous, aggregated page-view counts may be recorded to see which products people look at. That data cannot be traced back to an individual.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires them to be, and then deleted. Support emails are kept for two years so we can look up an earlier conversation, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email itsprogermi@gmail.com and you will get a reply within 30 days. Deleting your order record means we can no longer re-issue your downloads, so it is worth saving your files first.
Third parties
Payment processing and delivery are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Hosting is provided by our web host. Both process data on our behalf and neither is permitted to use it for their own purposes.
