What you are buying
Every product on this store is a digital file or an installable application. Nothing physical is shipped. You are buying a licence to use the product, not ownership of it, the terms of that licence are set out in the Licence Agreement.
Product descriptions state which software version is required. Buying a product that your setup does not support is covered by the refund policy.
Delivery
Download links are emailed as soon as payment clears. Each link keeps working for 48 hours after you first open it, then it is spent, and links are not re-sent, so download everything and keep a copy. If a link fails before you have used it, email us.
Pricing and payment
Prices are set in US dollars and checkout may show them in your local currency. Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which is the merchant of record: it calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT at checkout based on your location, and the charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM* followed by our name.
Prices can change at any time. A change never affects an order already placed. No product is sold with a promise of future updates: if an update to an app or plugin does go out, it goes out free to whoever is buying at that point, but nothing here commits to maintaining a product indefinitely for someone who bought it years earlier.
Availability
We try to keep the store and your downloads available at all times, but no uptime guarantee is offered. If a download is unavailable when you need it, email us and we will get the file to you.
Limitation of liability
These products are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the last change. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
