What you are buying
Every product on this store is a digital file or an installable application. Nothing physical is shipped. You are buying a licence to use the product, not ownership of it — the terms of that licence are set out in the Licence Agreement.
Product descriptions state which software version is required. Buying a product that your setup does not support is covered by the refund policy.
Delivery
Downloads are delivered immediately after payment, by email and on the confirmation page. Links expire for security reasons; you can re-issue them at any time from the downloads page using the email address you bought with.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and is collected by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record for your purchase.
Prices can change at any time. A change never affects an order already placed, and buying a product entitles you to its future updates at no extra cost.
Availability
We try to keep the store and your downloads available at all times, but no uptime guarantee is offered. If a download is unavailable when you need it, email us and we will get the file to you.
Limitation of liability
These products are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the last change. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
