The window
Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you will get one. No form to fill in and no justification required — email itsprogermi@gmail.com with the address you bought with and it will be processed.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it takes between three and ten working days to appear.
Free products
Free downloads cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. They also exist precisely so you can test the quality before spending anything — take them first.
When a refund may be refused
Repeated buy-and-refund on the same or similar products, or evidence that the files were redistributed after purchase. Both are rare, and both are judged on what actually happened rather than on suspicion.
If something does not work
A refund is not the only option. Most problems are install or version issues that take one email to solve, and we would rather fix it than take your money back. Either outcome is fine — say which you would prefer.
