Refunds & Cancellations

Every product here is a digital file delivered immediately. Once it has been sent it cannot be handed back, and there is no refund window and no cancellation after purchase. Buying is a decision to keep it.

This is a deliberate position rather than an oversight, and it is stated on the product page, in the cart and here, so that nobody meets it for the first time while asking for money back.

Three full packs are free and they are not crippled demos — they are cut from the same work as the paid ones. They exist precisely so that the decision can be made before any money changes hands. Take them, cut something with them, and you will know whether the style suits how you edit.

If you are unsure whether something will run on your version of Premiere or your machine, email itsprogermi@gmail.com and ask before buying. An honest "this will not work for you" is a better outcome for both of us than a sale that ends in a dispute.

That is support, not a refund, and it is taken seriously. Nearly every problem reported on files like these is an install or version issue that one reply fixes. Email with what you downloaded, what you tried and what happened, and it gets sorted.

If a file turns out to be genuinely broken or not as described, that is a different situation and it gets put right — by fixing or replacing the file.

Download links are emailed on purchase and expire. Save the files somewhere permanent when they arrive rather than leaving them in a Downloads folder. Lost files are not re-sent, so a copy you keep is the only copy that matters.

Free downloads cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. They are also the intended way to evaluate everything else, so take them first.

Nothing here removes a right the law gives you and does not let you sign away. Some countries — including in the EU and UK — grant consumers a cancellation right on distance sales, which for digital content delivered immediately is normally waived at checkout by consenting to instant delivery. Where such a right applies and has not been waived, it applies regardless of what this page says.

Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which is the merchant of record for the transaction. Link's own buyer terms govern the payment, and Link may issue a refund or act on a payment dispute independently of this policy. Payment and refund questions can go to support.link.com.

Statutory rights around goods that are faulty or not as described are also unaffected: a file that does not do what its page said it does is not covered by 'all sales are final'.
