Templates — open, do not import
A .psd is just a file: File then Open. The parts you are meant to change are Smart Objects — double-click one, replace what is inside, save, and the thumbnail updates.

Brushes
Double-click the .abr file with Photoshop installed and it loads itself. If nothing happens, open Photoshop and use Edit, Presets, Preset Manager, then Load.

Actions
Window then Actions, then the panel menu at the top right, then Load Actions. Pick the .atn file. Run one by selecting it and pressing play.

Overlays and PNGs
File then Place Embedded. Set the layer's blend mode to Screen for light effects and glows, and leave it Normal for cut-outs.
